Not always — but they’re all brand new.
Some pairs come in their original box, others don’t. The ones without a box mean we’ve been able to get you an even bigger saving. Let’s be honest… who needs more boxes cluttering the cupboard anyway?
How long does delivery take?
We ship all orders via DPD for fast, tracked delivery. Orders usually arrive within 2–4 working days from dispatch. You’ll get full tracking so you can follow your trainers every step of the way.
Can I return my order?
Because of the heavily discounted nature of our products, returns are only permitted if there is a fault or damage to the shoes. If this is the case and they are unworn, you have 14 days from receiving your order to send them back. Returns are simple: pop them back to us and we’ll process your refund. You just cover the return postage.
Do you restock sizes?
Usually not — once a size is gone, it’s gone. That’s the fun (and panic) of Live4Less. We recommend grabbing your size when you see it, because it might not come back.
